This flat has a terrace, a modern bathroom, as well as a big common room (40 m²) with integrated kitchen, three bedrooms and a living room which also can be used as an additional bedroom.

Optional you can additionally book the sauna and spa area with second bathroom in the attic.

All together holidays on more than 110 m² – with sauna even 150 m²

This flat has room for six guests. Extra beds (maximal 3) are possible after consultation.

A LED TV and stereo are standards. In the kitchen you'll find a stove, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. And should the children overlook one or more puddles then you'll also find a washing machine!

If you're on vacation with a couple of friends then you can combine flat 1 and 2!

The second, smaller flat has a spacious living room with SAT-TV, bathroom, bedroom and a well equipped kitchen.

This flat is ideal for two persons, extra beds for two additional guests are without a problem possible.

Flats 1 and 2 are separated just with a door and therefore ideally combinable.

Did you ever have had a holiday flat with wine cellar?

In our adjoining building, just 15 m over the yard, you'll find our flat 3. There you have a spacious common room, which is almost as large as in flat 1, where you'll find a masoned kitchen with lovely restored furniture. You'll sleep in a large bedroom with three beds. In the common room are two extra beds possible. The highlight: the wine cellar! You want to enjoy a good bevvy in an old stonework on a hot summer day? No problem with our flat 3! You just need to provide yourself with the good bevvy…

Flat 1 is already booked and you're looking for an alternative? No Problem: Just use our small flat as two bedrooms and have your cosy get-together in flat 3.
